From the Board of Trustees and the whole Silab community, Mabuhay!
The USWAG! Ten Year Development Plan is a key project to help the institutionalization of Silab.
The corporation spearheaded the program last 03 Jan 2021, setting Priority Year 2021 as Institutionalization.
Each priority year, Silab focuses on one sector and process to make into reality the vision of Uswag: establishing a decade of action that shall empower its community in order to have progress.
For Priority Year 2022, USWAG focuses on the establishment of Income-Generating Development Programs (IGDPs) to sustain and support the projects and survival of the corporation. We are grateful to our consultants, stakeholders, and partners in helping and supporting us for this endeavor.
It is a long, long road for this journey but as one community, we can reach our goals. No matter how little a good act is, it will create ripples of goodness that will contribute for nation-building and self-empowerment.
I am thankful and grateful for being with you in this journey.

Starting projects during a pandemic is challenging, yet when done for the greater good of the community is very fulfilling. Every little drop makes a ripple, and so the bigger the drop is, the wider the ripple is as well. This is what Ang Silab believe in—the Principle of Ripples.
The moment we started serving our community is the moment we started making little drops, just like little steps towards our destination. Ang Silab has been walking on the flowery path for quite some time now, and it's time to bring bigger drops.
This is what USWAG is about. From the word itself, it means to move forward. That is exactly what we've been doing and we will continue to do starting today! Walk forward, especially for those people who need guidance, who need representation, who need role models for them to follow. Setting a good example, one sustainable project at a time!
Unified projects that not only deal with one side of the coin, but also the major aspects that act as factors which affect our community,
Sustainable projects that last long enough for the next generation to innovate and continue for the betterment of the entire country,
Works that allows Ang Silab, its members, and the members of the community to continue serving our country through critical thinking, cohesive planning, and competent actions,
Accomplishments that allows us to celebrate success and learn from mistakes as Ang Silab believes it is never a failure if there's a lesson to learn, a knowledge to gain, and an experience to share, and lastly;
Graphic in a sense that people can use all necessary documents, tools, and resources to innovate and create their own ideas that will soon turn into a program that will benefit their respective community.
Yesterday, today, or even tomorrow, it is never too late to start a plan that will create huge impact on our country and its people, especially when it is done with a burning fire of passion in serving the community. This is the most important silab we must all have.
