Rules

The virtual conference room will be closed by 01:45PM. The Secretary-General reserves the right to deny people to enter the room beyond the established timeline.

Presenters will be called through draw lots. Each presenter will be asked if they will be the one to share their presentation or the meeting host.

All presenters shall make their oral presentations with a minimum of fifteen (15) and a maximum of thirty (30) minutes.

Both presenters and panelists are entitled to request a short break when needed. To do so, the attention of the Secretary-General should be called.

Presenters will have the option to stay or leave the room after their presentations.

Panelists shall be given at least ten (10) minutes to deliberate after the presentation of each proposal.

The panel's decision is final and irrevocable.
